This is my first installation of the u50. I plugged in a NIC cable from the "internal" port on the u50 to our Sonicwall. Don't know if that is correct? When I go to the next step "Configure the intenet connection" I tried a static IP and Dynamic. Both failed. So I need instructions, please. I called support, but got the message no one was available.
