Port Forwarding and SNMP Traffic

I need some direction on how to pass SNMP (and probably WMI) traffic from one NATed subnet to another.

As some of you have seen before, here is a drawing of my current setup:

My SNMP and Syslog collector is in the 10.0.14.0/24 subnet. Its IP is 10.0.14.9 to be exact. I have a couple of devices, such as printers and whatnot in the 10.0.13.0/24 subnet that I need to monitor.

When I first set things up, I noticed that I could not ping devices in the 10.0.13.0/24 subnet from any server (or device) in the 10.0.14.0/24 subnet. So I made a port forwarding rule on the Untangle box, and it worked. I can now send and receive ICMP requests in both directions.

As I continued my setup of the Untangle box, as expected, other services such as SNMP, RDP, WMI, etc. don't play nice either when the request originates from the 10.0.14.0/24 subnet. I started adding forwarding rules in an attempt to fix the issue, but they don't seem to work. Here is a screenie of the SNMP rule.

I'm sure that I am making a rookie mistake here. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to properly write that type of rule? Thank you all once again.
