Help request for Multicast IPTV

Hi,

I really hope someone can help with this and would be grateful of any insights you have.

I have just got an IPTV box with BT (Youview box, formerly known as BT Vision). Don't worry if you don't know the brand, it's multicast I need help with.

It won't work and the multicast is being blocked from getting to the box. They have provided some help on the forum in the form of settings for various routers, but it looks to me it is a probelm with 802.1Q / IPoE not working on the PPoE interface.

Is there any chance someone would take a read of their post on settings for other routers to see if they can tell what I might have to do with Untangle? I have had Untangle running for 10 years now, but if I can't get this working I will (extremely reluctantly) have to retire it and plug in their horrid ISP router. This would make me a very sad panda and I thought I would reach out here first before admitting defeat.
