We have purchased a Dell R720
Dual INTEL XEON E5-2620V2 2.1GHZ,
24GB RAM,
5 x 300GB SAS Drives in RAID 5 using PERC H710(P) Raid Card
Qual Port NIC
Untangle 10 seems to install fine it see the disks and installs.
However when it boots we get stuck in a boot loop, it gets to splash screen and the little green bar appears and every time it gets half through the the second "N" it reboots and gets stuck in that cycle.
I have installed UT to a USB to bypass the disks and if I set my boot option to be the USB which it installed to UT boots go and goes in to 1st run configuration wizard.
So I know it something to do with the disks/raid card but if it can see the disks in the install process why does it fail on boot up?
Has anyone else had similar issues? Or know of any work around to get UT to boot up?
I have also tried installing on RAID 1 on two disks and the situation is still the same in it installs fine just get stuck in a boot loop.
