Limit bandwidth for guest vlan

We have a client w/ UT NG 10.2. They've had us add a guest wireless network on a different VLAN than the business network. We've configured this on UT NG to use a different rack so that we can use captive portal, different web filter rules, etc. However, we also need to make sure that guest wireless clients don't impact the available internet throughput in a negative way. We want them to be able to do basic web browsing, FaceBook, etc., but don't want them crowding out the business' primary internet usage.

If we want to limit all traffic from that VLAN/subnet in the same way, it looks to me like we should be able to easily create a Bandwidth Control rule to identify the source IP as coming from that subnet, then just set the priority to Low. Does this sound correct to you all? Is this the way you'd go about solving this problem, or would you do something else?

Thanks,
-
Doug
