Strange issue

First let me say that I am new to untangle, although I really had no problem with my initial setup and deployment. I use it in my home as my router/firewall and I am a VoIP Engineer and have a home lab where I work on VoIP phone systems and phones, SIP Trunks, etc.
My untangle server has been up and running for about 2 weeks now with no issues until 2 days ago. I have 3 NIC's in the box. (I am using an old Barracuda Networks PBX 270 system for untangle) I have a WAN, LAN, and a NIC for guest wireless (Captive portal).
The last 2 nights the box has become inaccessible from the LAN. I cant ping it, nor is it passing DHCP out and therefore, internet is not available. Yesterday morning I just rebooted everything, but this morning I decided to do some troubleshooting. I can connect to the guest wireless from my tablet and browse the internet. DHCP works on that interface.
Absolutely nothing on the LAN interface though. I replaced the cat6 cable, still the same. I logged into untangle from the guest wireless interface and the LAN interface showed as "up" too. I disabled and reenabled, but no change. I had to reboot the box in order for it to work again. Anyone seen anything like this before? I'm just looking for some ideas here. I will figure it out eventually, but I'm hoping someone has had a similar experience and can point me in the right direction.
