No Admin UI from browser on LAN

I had to reinstall Untangle after a hard drive failure so I am now on version 10.0. It is setup as a bridge with the external interface connected to my firewall. While on the same switch at the external interface I try to access the Admin UI webpage by entering https://192.168.0.xx in my browser. But so far it always comes back "webpage not found". I can ping the IP and get a response. The same configuration worked fine before the reinstall.

I've gone over all the help documents and forum posts but have not been able to correct this.

Any ideas?
