HD filling up in v.10.0 w MIMEAccumulator files in /tmp

Hi fellow v.10 users. Has anyone seen a case where your Untangle HD gets filled up by these files in /tmp? All of the files are named MIMEAccumulator-<long-numeric-string>.tmp (where <long-numeric-string> is different for each file).

I had a customer call me stating that his SMTP emails weren't making it out of his network. After some troubleshooting, I found that it only seemed to be messages with attachments. I also found that by enabling TLS in his email client (bypassing Untangle's ability to process the email), the messages with the attachments were sent successfully.

During the process of troubleshooting, I found that I could not access the Untangle GUI. Instead, we were greeted with the following "500 Internal Server Error":

Upon further troubleshooting, I found the Untangle HD was completely full, and the culprit was /tmp:

I then looked inside of /tmp & found tons of these files:

That doesn't look good...

I then did some research on these MIMEAccumulator files. Google made it seem like this is a naming convention specific to Untangle. Just google "mimeaccumulator" with the quotation marks.

So I deleted these files from /tmp & the issues were immediately resolved.

Has anyone else seen this? I thought this was probably the same bug documented here and I believe addressed in 10.1: http://bugzilla.untangle.com/show_bug.cgi?id=11216

Anyone know if this is correct? Based on some feedback here, I got the impression maybe this is not the same bug...:

Thoughts...?

Thanks,
-
Doug
