HDD space issues after running for almost a year.

I have been running Untangle for a while now on a Atom D510 based board and a 60GB HDD. All of a sudden Monday evening all my HDD space was gone and Untangle wouldn't pass any email. Not knowing any better I rebooted and Untangle went into a never ending reboot loop. The quickest solution was to wipe the drive and reinstall from scratch which I did and things went back to normal. 3 or 4 hours later our email goes down again and I notice a disk space error on the Untangle GUI. Thinking I borked something during the setup I redid it from scratch again this time keeping an eye on HDD space.

After a fresh install and with the Lite package installed I had just over 50GB free of 55.54GB Total. Over the last hour that has gone down to 21.58GB free after what I would consider pretty light usage.

I have 10 users with email and internet access through Untangle. I have been running this setup for almost a year always on a 60GB HDD.

My report retention is only set for 7 days.

Application Control Lite
Firewall
Intrusion Prevention
Reports

What should I be looking at or for?

I can get a larger HDD but why is this just showing up all of a sudden now? Will it just continue to fill any available space? I have a 120GB drive here but will it be enough?
