HTTPS blocking and unblocking

I have a trail of the webfilter to try and block HTTPS://facebook, which I have done as the page doesn't resolve (would be nice to get the untangle block notice).

So to block facebook I had to select "social network", but I need twitter to be unblocked. I this possible??
