Dell gx620 + tp-3269 issues

I'm connected to the Reaktek card only and it is working fine. (Linux Mint)
Also I can have both cards connected and both connections work.

Now Untangle Install.

When I have both cards connected to my switch, One device shows up as unknown and when just the Broadcom is connected it shows it connected.

The Reaktek won't show up in my list of ethernet devices.

Any advice other then getting another card. I would like to use this card but if there is no way to add the driver or run an update
