PCs on my network have LAN/WAN connectivity when using DHCP services from the UT box. I cannot however connect to an SQL application on our server unless I set the IP of each PC to a static entry. I get the message "Application server does not exist". Went through the MS gamut of knowledge base articles and tried everything. Finally figured out that when the PCs are set to a static IP, the application connects fine (Weird)
I have turned off DHCP server on the UT box and checked the network to verifiy that no other network appliances are doing DHCP.
Currently have all PCs set to a static IP and everything works fine, but I would like to eventually get this working with the DHCP server running from UT box again. This configuration has been working for about 3 years.
Of course tech support for the SQL application blame Untangle.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rich
