I have a client with two locations and i have UT's at both.
At one location if i turn on anything in the rack other than AB one machine is not able to connect to their citrix based virtual office. The rest work fine. it is not totally(but definitely mostly) something local to that one machine because this problem showed up upon introduction of the UT. I have another UT at their other location configured nearly identically to this one(ip ranges are different) but there's not issues there. I'm trying to figure out the interaction that's going on. I can't modify anything right now due to this being their payroll machine and it HAS to be up right now..any ideas? bypassing the machine isn't an acceptable option I can't find anything in the webadmin that points me to why this is the case. How
can i view what's going on so i can see why this is occurring?
