I only have one user who's link to his Spam Quarantine is not letting him access it to manage. He is configured in the Configuration - Email - Quarantine the users PC is on a Windows 7 OS running IE 9. I have others the same and no issues. I have added the quarantine link as well as the site to the safe senders in IE9, etc. I can access the link when it is forwarded to me from him. (however i am the admin) Any help would be appreciated I can not figure this out.
