Replacing Websense w/Untangle - multiple subnets

Due to cost and other issues, i'm looking at replacing our current Websense solution for web filtering sometime this year. I've played around with Untangle for a few days on a test vmware setup and it seems to do what I need it to do. I'm just not sure exactly how I would set this up within our network.

Network looks like this:
Fiber WAN pipe -> Junpier SSG140 firewall -> internal networks
The firewall is setup as such:
1 port setup for WAN (block of 28 statics)
1 port setup for 10.0.0.1/16
1 port setup for 192.168.0.1/24
1 port setup for 10.255.0.1/24
1 port setup for 10.254.0.1/16
The internal interfaces are connected to internal switches that are VLAN'd.

The only thing i'm not sure of is how/where to put Untangled in this setup so that everything will work. I am assuming the ideal setup would be to buy/setup an edge router for the WAN and put Untangled between the Juniper and the edge router in transparent bridge mode so that any/all WAN traffic must pass through the Untangled box to get outside?
