I have a captive portal enabled. I have two QOS policies in place. One for the point of sale systems on a network and one for guests on a different network sharing the same internet connection. Due to the nature of the point of sales being business critical I have set their priority to the default QOS "Very High" profile. I have set the guest network to "limited". The captive portal logs guests out often now and makes them re-authenticate. Any thoughts as to why and how I can fix this?
