Untangle Blocking Routed Traffic

I just added a Cisco SG300-28 Layer 3 switch to my home network. The switch is doing layer 3 routing, DHCP and passing the data to the router to go out to the internet. The problem I am having is the other networks, except for the base network, in the switch are being blocked from internet traffic by Untangle. I have unplugged Untangle to confirm this as it works without Untangle in the network. Untangle is running as a transparent bridge. There are no vlans being sent to the router just routed traffic. I expanded out the mask on Untangle;s network scope to encompass the networks by making Untangle s static IP address with a larger mask but this did not work. What changes on Untangle do I need to make to allow the routed traffic to pass? I still want the traffic to be scanned.
