Individual User set up/sign in. Want report to show username instead op IP.

Hi There,

For example: I have 10 users in a network. I want everyone to sign in with their own username and password and assign each user with his own static IP. Essentially what I have in mind is to open up reports and actually see the username instead of just an IP which makes it difficult to say who did what.

Could you guys please advise me on how to go about this, I would really appreciate it.
