we recently just made the switch to an Untangle firewall for a school district. We are noticing that some people are not receiving a quarantine report daily. We have it set to send quarantine reports daily at 6am. Will the untangle only send reports if their is new spam in the users quarantine since they last received a report? Or should reports be sending daily no matter what as long as their is some spam in a users quarantine?
