Please help with captive portal setup.

HI Guys

Running a full Pro version of NG Firewall, this is setup in line modem/firewall/untangle/network, Untangle gateway is 192.168.1.1

All services are running great, i have been trying to get a captive portal page setup for users to see an internet usage policy, press accept and continue on, we do not want authentication as all users are on a Domain.

Once i design the CP page and test this all is fine, i then enable the default rule, CP page appears, press agree and everyone looses internet connectivity until i remove the ENABLE off the default rule.

Can anyone please assist with this.
