Hello,
We have one of our Directors who has a requirement to access their PC remotely. They wish to use Chrome Remote Desktop app. We seem unable to configure a set of Firewall rules to allow this to work.
The blurb from the Chrome troubleshooting article says
Your computer's firewall may be configured in a way that doesn't let the app work properly. Verify that your firewall permits outbound UDP traffic, permits inbound UDP responses and allows traffic on TCP ports 443 (HTTPS) and 5222 (XMPP)
Can anyone confirm the correct settings in the firewall rules to make this work?
If it helps the PC in question has a static IP address so we can limit access to that address only.
regards
spencer.
