Report Generation Fails

Running with a free edition of Untangle to handle my personal network and had reports working fine. Then I realized I hadn't been receiving them (I DO get my quarantine reports). So I tried to view them manually and realized the report data was nearly 3 months old! So I tried generating them. The "Please wait ... Generating today's reports... This may take a few minutes" runs for a minute or few and then it says "Warning ... An error has occurred: A report process is already running. Please try again later." (Bold / coloring is my accenting the error message). ("Details" of the error message are below)

I have tried:

• removing the reports module and re-adding,
• Upgrading Untangle (I had been at 10.1 and am current as of less than a week ago), and
• the machine has been rebooted at least twice over the months.

While not a linux expert, I suspect there's a file there that isn't being deleted that should be and causing a process to hang... well, maybe... but I could see something like that happening... how can reset reporting ENTIRELY because the add/remove didn't work.
