Hi there,
Quick question re: NAT options on interfaces.
Looking at the online help here:
http://wiki.untangle.com/index.php/Interfaces
It tells me that on a WAN interface, "IPv4 Options - NAT traffic exiting this interface (and bridged peers)" defaults to 'checked'.
Makes sense to me.
But it also tells me on a non-WAN interface, "IPv4 Options - NAT traffic coming from this interface (and bridged peers)" defaults to 'un-checked'.
I don't get it. Shouldn't this also be checked? Why would you not configure your LAN interface for NAT traffic coming "from" it?
Honestly, either checked or unchecked seems to make no difference on the non-WAN interface...can anybody explain why or maybe just tell me what is the correct setting?
