no certificate creation

Hi,

I am new to untangle and have watched a few videos on how to set up openvpn server within.
However, when I go to openvpn, I am not prompted with a wizard to setup openvpn as a server or client.
So I do not know how to create the required <ca> <key> <cert> information.
In the video, the wizard just asked them for the info.. plug that in and move on.
