Untangle NG Firewall on Utilite PC?

There is a fairly new box out there called Utilite, which uses a Freescale i.MX6 multi-core Cortex-A9 processor:

Three hardware levels of this nifty box are available:

With every passing day I am finding it more and more difficult to resist the urge to buy one of these and tinker with it to my heart's content. It would be rather rewarding to replace our relatively huge, noisy, power-hungry Pentium4 box with the tiny Utilite if I could. Our Untangle needs are very simple - we use it as a gateway/router/DHCP server with basic Web filtering on a single 192.168.1.x subnet.

So my questions are:
1) Given the hardware specs of the Utilite Standard or the Utilite Pro (dual NICs, multiple ARM cores, 2GB+ of RAM), do they have enough power to run Untangle? On the surface it seems sufficient, but that's just my opinion.
2) Is there an ARM port of Untangle compatible with the i.MX6 chip? If not, what are the possible obstacles to creating one? I consider myself an intermediate Linux tinkerer/shell addict. I have yet to build a custom distro of my own. If necessary, how difficult would it be for me to make my own version of Untangle compatible with the Utilite hardware?

Cheers,
-abasil
