Alot of bypassed traffic showing up to 192.0.2.42

I've seen the old threads and am getting mixed ideas on whether this should be happening. I've been using session viewer alot lately and I don't remember a time before when there were multiple pages (having to scroll) to see all of the sessions from internal PC's to 192.0.2.42 port 9507.

Is this normal and nothing to worry about?
