Hello to everyone... I was using WUG Visual Tracert to check on the performance of some new hosting companies and I noticed that my 1st hop which is an Untangle gateway always has packet loss. I really don't understand how that can be especially since it's so high. I tuned off my firewall, virus protection , even put my system in the DMZ and still the packet loss... any ideas? Thanks in advance.
