No signatures preloaded in new install

Good Afternoon,

I recently set up a new Untangle 10 instance and loaded all of the lite applications into the rack. Most seem to be working ok but the Application Control Lite app shows 0 signatures loaded. I've tried rebooting, removing and re-adding, and even letting it sit overnight. No change.

Can someone advise on how to get the pre-configured set of signatures loaded in the app? I never had this problem on previous installs. They loaded by themselves.
