strange network behavior

Well things have been going great for a wile. Then this morning I got a call. I check this out. Some users have no internet access. And others have internet but can not print ?.. I reboot the Untangle box and YES Internet NO Printers On 4 workstations still
Its a little strange.

I'm up for any input .
