Need some help, about this freaking configuration.

Hello, to be more clear as possible i will post some images, explaining my case,

i just cant connect at my vpn


My network is 172.17.0.0/16
the server untangle ips is 172.17.253.100

it just stop my response of my server, when i start it.

when i ping while the openvpn is on i received no response, when i shutdown the openvpn server, it response again


im going crazy to resolv this crap.
