Hard disk filling

Just recently I noticed that Untangle's hard drive is filling somewhat rapidly. This had happened once before, but stopped after one of the updates.

While trying to investigate it, I ran:

And got a bunch of messages saying that various files and directories in /proc were denied, because they no longer existed...

Here is the version information for our server:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am at 89% usage right now, which is down about 3% from before I rebooted the server.
