u500 question

Hello,

I do networking at my university's comp sci department. I am wanting to upgrade from our current firewall to a u500 with a 3 year warranty.

my question is, if we do the education premium with 3 year warranty, does that include 3 years of software? I ask because the only way I can sell this to my faculty advisor is if it does (they don't like buying contracts).
