Hy Everybody!
I'm writing from (a sunny) Italy, about a problem I've seen you discussed several time in the past (here and here). I'm using Untangle Lite on SBS 2008 (Exchange Mail Server 2007) and I'm experiencing that emails with large attachments (5.0 MB or greater) are not delivered to Exhange. I've tried different solutions, including the followings:
1) Examination of Exchange parameters (Email dimensions, etc). Everything is ok.
2) Modifying Untangle racks... when I stop the antiVirus (all other racks running), the Email with larger attachments are delivered.
Now, I know that is a known issue so I tried to extend the Exchange Connector Timeout and the Exchange Connector Inactivity Timeout to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, it is still present. At the moment:
ConnectorTimeout is set to 30 mins
ConnectorInactivityTimeout is set to 20 mins
...and no way. :( I've tried to set Timeouts to 1-2 hours, but nothing. And I'm sure the problem is the antivirus, 'cause when i stop it everything is going, while when I stop the Attack Blocker and/or other racks, the problem persists.
Can someone help me, please? :worship: Do I miss something?
Thanks in advance! Asgaardiano
PS: I'm sorry about my bad english... :-(
