Problems Importing Certificates

So I decided to take the plunge and deploy version 10. Everything appears to be working fine and I was able to manually migrate over everything except certificates. Specifically, I created a CSR from the GUI and submitted it to an internal Server 2008 R2 SP1 DC running Certificate Authority:

I try to upload the new cert and get the following error:

I tried this in IE, Chrome, and Firefox, both HTTPS and HTTP. No luck. I even tried changing the file name from .cer to .crt in case it wasn't happy with the .cer extension. No change. Running the previous version, 9.4.2, this wasn't an issue.

Any ideas community?
