Haven't been able to find an answer to my question and hoping the forums can help.
I run a small network for a school and currently have a LTSP server for the students' thin-clients.
We have a spare server with two NICs, plenty of memory, etc. The LTSP server gives out DHCP to the clients and I need Untangle for all the awesome things it does. Currently, the LTSP server is directly connected to our ISP router and then to the switch where the clients are connected to.
I've attached a diagram and am just trying to figure out where I should place the Untangle box? What mode should it be in?
Is the correct option to go: ISP Router-->1st NIC of Untangle-->2nd NIC of Untangle to 1st NIC of LTSP Server?
Do I disable the DHCP on the Untangle box? (Sorry for all the questions..trying to get everything setup before the Winter break)
Thanks
