Can't get in to edit pass list

I am using Webfilter lite, and Internet Explorer 8 to access my console. I can log in, but when I go to try to make a change, it just says loading........... and won't open for me to make changes. I have just installed a new switch, but it is an unmanaged switch, and I only have the out going connection from the firewall into the switch. Any ideas would be appreciated!! :)
