Is this realistic? We are running XP/server 2003, so time to upgrade. We were planning on Win 7 pro/ server 2008. Now I'm looking at server 2008 and Dell Wyse clients.
Office environment. Nothing wild on the applications (MS office, no graphics editing or anything).
I like all the positive stuff, but one of the negative things kind of worries me. They do have to watch DVDs, and some video from the net. I've read that this is a problem, and I've read it WAS a problem and make sure you get a beefy server, lots of memory, and your LAN is not crap. We have Gig everything.
Anyone have experience/thoughts?
