I recently upgraded to Untangle 9.3.1 from 8. Now what I've found is that when I attempt to download ZIP files from any site the download speed is very bad, and it'll mark the file as downloaded at around the 70% point or thereabouts - so a 200MB file will download 160MB before stopping, and a 25MB file will stop at 20MB. I've tried allowing ZIPs in the virus scanner, although it isn't blocking altogether - just not completing.
