OpenVPN get's disconnected every 30 min

I have a user who is reporting that the OpenVPN client is disconnecting her every 30 min. She notices this when working on a terminal server using RDP. She is telling me that it is every 30 min to the dot and it come back up after 2 min.

Any ideas? I have never seen this problem before.
