Need advise on replacement appliance

I've been using UT for over four years and I am very happy with it. Unfortunately, my appliance's MB just died and I need a quick replacement. I've been looking at two possibilities and they seem to foot the bill, but I would like to have a peer sanity check them before committing myself to the purchase.

The intended use is for home only with four users. Does anyone see any UT showstoppers with either of these systems? Thanks.
