UT 10.0 beta4 and the bit bucket.

It seems that under networking/advanced/filter rules/input filter rules, any rule that has a protocol condition, the condition has no check marks.

I have not tried to evaluate or test the theoretically resulting mayhem.

I did click some boxes that seemed to make sense to me.
