"Unblock For Now" page/button

Hello. I'm having some difficulty finding documentation on the "Unblock for Now" button and page that can be configured to appear when a user tries to access a blocked web site.

My primary question is, is there any way for this "Unblock" button to disable filtering entirely on a computer for a specified period (I think someone else on the forums said it was hard coded at 60 minutes)? Or does the Unblock button simply disable filtering on a site-by-site basis?

I ask because our interpretation of CIPA has always been that if an adult user asks for unfiltered Internet access, we have to provide it to them once as a whole rather than on a site-by-site basis. Of course we are still allowed by CIPA to have an Internet Usage Policy, and our IUP states we can boot them out for looking at inappropriate content. But we can't continue to filter their Internet if an adult asks for the filter to be disabled.

Anybody who deals with CIPA want to weigh in on this? Is this interpretation even accurate? Thanks in advance for your responses!
