Firewall Rules question

New to untangle version 9.4. I need someone to please help me wit the following
1.Untangle setup in bridge mode. (working)
2. Need to configure a filewall rule to blockl anything comming to port 3389 rdp
3. allow exchange server (internal) to send and accept emails
4. block all other internal addresses except the exchange box from using smpt to avoid bot viruses
