Lots of stuff flagged that isn't marked for flagging

I have a lot of data being flagged in Firewall that isn't marked for flagging and the rules aren't block rules. I'm having the same show up in Spam filter, Web filter, and Virus filter lite but I didn't want to start a new thread in each category about this issue.
